• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund if payment was already collected.
• Stock availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a refund or suitable alternative where possible.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Order acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation email and/or begin processing. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, or stock unavailability.

Please review your cart carefully before payment. Size, colour, and address mistakes after dispatch may be handled under our Cancellation & Returns policy.

• Payment is processed by third-party gateways. OmAura does not store full card numbers or UPI PINs on its servers.
• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation (or as otherwise stated for any COD option, if enabled).

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided, except where a package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, in which case our shipping and refund policies apply.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur reshipping charges.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation, return eligibility, and refund timelines are governed by our Cancellation & Returns and Refund Policy. In summary:

• You may request cancellation before the order is shipped, subject to processing status.
• Eligible returns must meet the conditions stated in the return policy (unused, with tags, within the stated window).
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
